Excellent to work with. Very fair on price and worked with us and our home warranty service to make the process super simple. Motor went out on us and whad a new one installed the next day. Above and beyond expectations for service and communication.
An unknown person crashed our garage door and didn’t accept responsibility! Black Rock owner Craig Kunde looked into alternatives including cutting down and installing a used door while seeking a new one! Trying to find a 14 foot replacement was difficult but he did and it was installed today 4/10/ 2024 by Brian who did a really nice install! I commend and recommend Black Rock highly! Bob Gilliland
I didn’t know that I’d be dealing with a thief when I left the repairman on his own. Of all the nerve. He knows what he took and so do I! No complaints as to the repair/replacement of the door opener. I wouldn’t give even a single star if I could choose ZERO!!!!!
