I called around to find a shop that could get the memory off of my wife’s old laptop..Tech Medic was quick to answer, clear & concise on the process it would require, and very reasonably priced. Quick turnaround. Staff is polite and highly competent. Would recommend 5/5
I can’t recommend TechMedic enough! Darren and Landon were both so efficient is diagnosing my computer and WiFi issues, explaining my options, and ultimately resolving my computer and WiFi problems. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly! I am so happy with the service at TechMedic!
I was very impressed with the service we received at TechMedic. They quickly diagnosed the problems my wife's PC was having that slowed it down. Even though it was an older computer, there was no pressure to up-sell me. They simply fixed it with no wasted time. All technicians were very friendly and quick to help. Their hourly fee was also very reasonable and it was done in less time than I thought it would take. I'm very pleased.
