Super great from my call to completion!! I received same day service (which was totally unexpected). John worked on my washer and my ice maker!! He was knowledgable, straightforward and explained everything perfectly. I ended up needing a new ice maker- but my washer only needed some updates in the computer. The washer was just a service call charge and the part I needed for the ice maker was substantial/ but since I was paying that, they didn’t charge for the service call. The refrigerator/freezer is a commercial grade so the cost was relative to the price of the unit. He even picked up the part we needed, then came back and finished up! Not at all like other places we’ve used in the past! I highly recommend and endorse this company. They were great from start to finish!! Jill O.

Had a bad first time. Wasn't happy. Months later I called back to check to see if they were the same people that didn't satisfy me the first time and it was the same people. Surprisingly they came back and not only fixed one appliance but fixed two at no cost with a very very pleasant. John as our repairman whom I thoroughly enjoyed and I would recommend them hands down first-rate people. How is that that there's a lot of pride in what we do and I understand.
