Peter's Appliance

So my husband leaves town. Important business meeting. Later that day around 5pm, I notice the deep freezer is warming. Things on the top are getting soft. Of course, we are having a warm spell even though it's Dec 5th, so I can't put everything outside in coolers that night as all the snow was melting! A little stressed not having any idea who to call. Had to go to a volunteer job at 6:30 that night and thought to just ask someone there for a referral. Peter's it was. My friend said he had them come over for two different appliances and felt they were honest and fixed his problems. That was the main word I wanted to hear- honest. If I'm able to trust someone coming into my house to do work, that's about everything. Yes, I want them to know how to do their job, too. And Peter's does!! I called them the moment they opened the next morning and they sent Chris out that afternoon. He explained everything to me after diagnosing the problem and answered all my questions; I had a lot of questions after tearing into it the night before trying to diagnose my problem, and watching a couple youtube vids to educate myself. He was patient with me, let me take pics of what he was doing to send to my husband, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He left my freezer a humming away!! 2 days later, I couldn't hear the compressor working so called them back. Chris came back. He asked me what was wrong and immediately said he's not perfect and maybe he made a mistake. We had a little laugh together after talking further about what happened. THE FREEZER WAS WORKING FINE!! In all the years I've lived here, I'd never been in the basement when the compressor wasn't running. It's always been running and working hard to keep the temp; it's never shut off, that I know of. Now, because it is working efficiently, it shuts off when it's at temp. Ha! I thought the compressor broke because it shut off!! THANK YOU PETER'S FOR SAVING OUR BACON!! You are the BEST!! Sorry this review is so long but it's a good story. They treated me so kindly.
