The technician showed up on time for our bi-annual service review. He was friendly and efficient. Before he left, he went over all of the airflow, voltage, and pressure measurements he took. First time that has ever happened with us. Most tech we had with previous companies simply said, "You're OK." on the way out.
Bethany air was excellent choice when my heat pump went out. Called them and a technician came out the same day. Justin was polite and professional keeping me informed throughout his entire inspection. I will be using them in the future when needed.
I had an excellent experience with Zachary technician. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. His attitude and work ethic reflect the highest standard of service.
