I’m not sure for I took pictures prior before Patrick coming out for my insurance company and the pipes that Patrick said that were cracked and needed to be replaced looks exactly like the same exact ones that were there prior to him coming out so I’m confused other than he did stop the water 💧. For I was not thinking 🤔 clearly at the time about the price that was given to me at the time all I knew was that I wanted my water 💦 back on. After my husband came home and I told him how much I spent on the repairs he couldn’t believe it I was over charged for the repair. My husband hired another plumber to come out to look at the repair to get a second opinion and the plumber laughed and said I’m sorry to tell you this but because you was a woman and the technician probably assumed you didn’t know any better he over charged you because of it was a man that wouldn’t have happened. So please ladies be careful before letting contractors come into your home and taking the first estimate like I did talk it over with your husband , family members or friends and get a second or third estimate before just hiring any company contractor like I did let this be a lesson learned from me for I wouldn’t want any other woman to be scammed as I have.
