Robert Carey from Barstow and Sons HVAC just came out to the house for a service call. Write a five star review he was courteous, prompt, or shoe covers when entering the house when he found that the compressor on my heat pump wasn’t working he hooked up the gauges to show me the pressures. He was an excellent tech and explained that since my unit was from 2009, it would probably be more beneficial to replace the unit than just the compressor.
Tony has set the bar quite high. His attention to detail, overall knowledge of systems and their operations is second to none. He made the complexity of the jobs understandable to us layman, putting our minds at ease. And my I add , his level of professionalism and eagerness to over achieve any expectations you might of had, a rare find in today's climate. Tony A+++ and the staff at Barstow & Son's have really impressed us here at the Harris household. Thank you for all that you have done to keep us comfortable in our home.
The company is top notch. From setting up appointment to installing a new faucet in bathroom. Very clean work. Jacob was very knowledgeable. And I have 2 more estimates for later projects. I highly recommend them.
We called Barstow and Sons and Ethan the technician came out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and was able to check our heating system and make sure it was operational. He explained all the details to us and was very respectful of our property. I would highly recommend this young man and this company.
