I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Katie at Boutique Flooring KC. My realtor recommended going with Katie and right after I reached out, Katie arranged to come out to see our home so she could offer flooring suggestions with our style in mind. We met back at her warehouse and she was so patient and helpful. This was my first experience purchasing new flooring and new carpet and Katie was able to answer every question we had. Katie was an absolute DREAM to work with! She is so knowledgeable in carpet, colors, etc. she made the process easier than I could have imagined and was very cognizant of our budget while always ensuring we got the best quality carpet. She handled the scheduling of ripping out and installing the new carpet and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I could not recommend her more!!

We love our new flooring! Katie was awesome to work with and made the whole process very easy. She had so many options to choose from and was great about keeping us current and on budget.
