Chris the plumber is a Keeper. Came during an ice storm. Installed a new hot water heater same day. Called Adam Sunday , Monday Chris was over. Outstanding Experience, Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and complete attention, to my safety and all details. Chris also shoveled the snow on my driveway. Our toilet had a stubborn clog and Joe was able to get it unclogged. He showed up on time, was professional and walked me through everything he was going to do. He also checked other potential issues to ensure we wouldn’t continue to have a problems in the future. I would highly recommend Joe as he was honest, easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed our issue.
I cannot say enough positive things about Chris Austin resolving our plumbing issue of low water pressure in our townhouse. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem part, explained what needed to be done, accomplished the task, and problem solved. It was like pressing the easy button, and I will definitely be calling again for any future plumbing issues. Great customer service and workmanship. Our service provider "Joe" was fantastic. We were called quickly by the technician and from there we scheduled time for the work. The work was done professionally and IMHO a very fair price for the amount of work and time spent. I highly recommend this Benjamin Franklin group and again, Joe was awesome. We are using them for future work also.
