Nate Davis - give this guy a raise. Holy crap - no pun intended. Our basement floor drain was back-flooding. We called around, got wildly different estimates from different companies, landed on ARS as the one we wanted to have come out. Nate drove from Avon to Lafayette, which is over an hour, on a Saturday mind you, and had the absolute best top tier attitude and personality possible. He was light-hearted, professional, and skilled in his craft. Nate was able to use his tool, whatever the hell the thing is called that is 75 foot of pure magic, and pulverized the blockage in our drain pipe and got us flowing again. Without Nate we would be in deep shit right now. That pun WAS intended. Nate is an 11 out of 10. ARS management - give this guy a raise. Don't let a good employee go unrewarded. This guy is one of your front runners in attitude and skill, keep him around, and to do that, you need to reward him for his efforts and his professionalism, he made your company look like a godsend on a shitty day.
