I had such a wonderful experience at BC Clark’s on Classen Curve thanks to Nora. I brought in a few pieces to be cleaned and a David Yurman bracelet to be repaired. While opening the box, I discovered a bracelet I had bought for my daughter 13 years ago that I thought was lost forever. The most special part was that my daughter was with me when we found it. She had always heard the story about the bracelet, and seeing her reaction in that moment was priceless. The bracelet was badly tarnished, and Nora immediately cleaned it and presented it to my daughter — it meant so much to us. Moments like this are why I love coming to this store. I’m always so well taken care of, and Nora truly made our day unforgettable.

I am so grateful to the talented jewelers at BC Clark in Oklahoma City! They were able to restore my antique wedding band after a somewhat comical, yet very distressing, incident recently. In 1994, my husband purchased an antique gold band for me just prior to our wedding. I have worn that ring for more than 30 years although, due to arthritis, I have had to start wearing it on a different finger. A couple of weeks ago I was putting a log into the fireplace which was already burning vigorously with a fire I had started beforehand. As I tossed a new log onto the fire, I felt my antique wedding band come off with it. Since the fire was already burning, I was unable to retrieve my ring until after the fire burned down, and the embers went cold. Once I found my ring, although I was happy it was still intact, I was also distressed to find it burnt black! I immediately called BC Clark and described the situation. I was told the ring could probably be polished and to bring it in as soon as possible. I did that and not only were they able to restore my precious rings’ brilliance, they were also able to repair an area in the ring where it had been previously sized. My ring is back in its rightful place…on my left hand. Needless to say, I will be much more cautious in the future when adding logs to our fireplace! Thank you to the wonderful people at BC Clark for returning my ring to me and allowing its story to continue!
