24-Hour Rooter was a life-saver for us. We needed our plumbing tended to within the day as we had an inspection the same day. Marcus came out early and stayed until the job was finished. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and even gave us some tips on how to keep this from happening again. I was 1000% satisfied with the service and the work Marcus provided. I will definitely recommend 24-Hour Rooter to everyone I know.
We’ve used Marcus twice. Both times he was easy to get ahold of and showed up on time exactly when he said he would. He was very helpful and took the time to suggest ways to prevent our clogs from happening again. Marcus is very courteous and provided above average customer service. His fees are reasonable and he always seems to be looking for ways to educate and help his customers. I would highly recommend 24 Rooter.
From the get go I had a great experience. My New water heater was leaking puddles after some DIY on my part..... When I called, I right away felt at ease, you could tell just over the phone that they knew what they were doing and glad to be coming out to rescue. They fixed it up, no problem.... I have to mention what I really appreciated was that Marcus went over everything about my water heater that I didn’t even buy from them.... and how to care for it... he didn’t have to do that. Being a newer home owner I really appreciated all the ins and outs he explained that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. My two year old also enjoyed watch em work !
24 hr rooter was recommended to us as a quality and affordably priced plumber. He was able to fix our issue the same day I talked to him on the phone and came out while he was supposed to be on his vacation so I could tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction. He was very honest in telling us what needed to be done that day and what should be done in the future as well as giving us some new home owner advice with his tips and tricks for keeping our kitchen and bathrooms in the best working order. We are highly satisfied and happy to recommend him as we are more than happy to leave behind that fear of having to call a plumber by finding an excellent one we can trust and everyone else can too! Marcus, the owner of, 24 Hour Rooter, of Yakima, was very capable and knowledgeable, he answered any and all questions we had, without hesitation. He really knows his business and I would recommend 24 Hour Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work done. He and the young man with him were polite, clean in appearance, and well kept in person. They had great manners and were respectful of my husband and I, also, of our property. The Dog even liked him. LOL A BIG THUMBS UP! They cleaned up the mess from the plumbing work done as well. The biggest deal was they are reasonable in their pricing too. Again, I would recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work done.....
