The folks at Soft Water Specialists could teach a master class on customer service. Jason called to say he was going to be early “if that’s okay”! Got here and serviced everything. In and out before my actual appointment was scheduled. They’re always friendly and professional and their products are awesome. If you’re thinking about a new water softener you should give these folks a try. We’ve had nothing but the best service and products from them for years.
Trevor took great care of us! We had our nitrate system acting funny, and they came out within a couple of days and replaced a small part that needed to be fixed. He is always very polite and friendly and keeps me up-to-date with what’s going on. I have always had a wonderful experience with the Soft water specialists!
