Ben and and his team did an amazing job with their mulching equipment reclaiming an overgrown pasture and hay field and “parking out” several acres of our property in Selle Valley. The finished product leaves behind a healthy forest and beautiful landscape with no burning or slash piles. Ben also has a good eye for keeping varies species of trees while creating views and sun exposure and maintaining privacy. We’ll continue to use Ben and Backwoods Foresty and Excavating as we continue to improve our property.

Backwoods Forestry did an amazing job for us. We are very happy with the entire process from the quotes to the finished product. They were also very flexible with ability to work with our schedule and budget . They are very efficient and completed more than expected. Including clearing out our very steep hillside and making our land accessible. Highly recommend them!

Ben from Backwoods was hired to perform tree stump removal and grade sections of future patio and sidewalk areas. He provided input to minimize scopes to save us money. They performed the work in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction.

I contacted Ben after we had a wind storm that snapped a tree off. It was over a fence but did not damage it. I called him on a Friday and he had a crew onsite Monday morning to remove the tree. They did a nice job of picking the tree up and removing it with zero damage to the fence. Crew of three was very friendly and professional, also limbed several trees on the same visit. Thanks Ben and crew. Tim
