Well I can unequivocally say they did not meet my expectations.... they exceeded them 😀👍 When things did not seem to be working out, not because of anything they did, they stood on their head to make it work and they did make it work. Joseph and Andrew both were concerned that they provided the best service possible and did not exceed the price they quoted. In addition Joseph provided a very detailed estimate. And they were very good at communicating what was to take place. The equipment operator, James, did an awesome job of running the equipment. I would highly recommend them for any excavating needs or any service that they provide.

Within days, Joseph came out to do an estimate at 6pm, emailed the reasonable cost to me and had a date set to excavate the old soil, add new soil, level with a slope away from the house, and lay new sod. All of this was within a week from my first inquiry! Upon my request, he secured the type of grass I wanted, and insured the depth would not hit any of the pipe and electrical lines 12 ft beneath. Though I ultimately chose not to spend that much money on a rental unit I do not own, I would definitely recommend them! Excellent customer service! 5 star!!!!

Pain-Free Excavation is the "best" and who you should call if you want to redo your lawn with sod. My husband hired a young guy because he was a little cheaper. He dumped the sod in a pile in the street in front of our house, showed up two or three hours later for three days, didn't finish the job, left some rental equipment in our yard, and after numerous calls to him, he never called back let alone show up. We were worried that the sod we had paid for would be dead. Pain-Free Excavation came to our rescue and finished the job. Bud and James showed up on time, worked really hard and got the job done since they knew what they were doing. The old adage, "You get what you pay for" rings true. We highly recommend Pain-Free Excavation. We're sorry we didn't go with them in the first place.
