I wholeheartedly recommend using Mountain Stove and Jakes Chimney Sweep for you annual cleaning and/or fireplace project. Joel at Jakes Chimney Sweep is an absolute pleasure to work with--extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned our many fireplaces (including a challenging Tulikivi soapstone fireplace) and was professional, prompt and kind throughout the process. While exploring a gas insert conversion project, Joel worked with us to get good quotes and modify said quotes to help us make the right decision. We will definitely continue to use this company for all our future needs.

Today Jake’s crew came to install a wood burning, fireplace, insert. They were on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional The crew worked together, seamlessly. And cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. And also the product is beautiful. I also credit the office staff for their attention to professionalism. I would recommend this business in a heartbeat.

Absolutely….hands down…. No competition….BEST Wood stove business you will EVER find! Cliff and his team are very professional….THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF. Don’t waste your time with anyone else…..These guys are sooo good at what they do and soooo loved by the community! Visit their shop! Too hard to choose from so many nice wood stoves and more! The only reason they are getting two stars is because they fixed the problem and did the right thing. We purchased a pellet stove from Jake's Chimney Sweep in 2019. We called them beginning of January for them to come out and look at the stove since we had been having some issues. The technician that was sent out clearly did not know much about the model of pellet stove we had. Upon cleaning the stove pipe out on the outside, we heard him hit the fan multiple times with his spinning brush.
