Get everything in writing. They over promised and under delivered. -Said they would address a culvert issue I had, then did nothing about it. -Took less brush/branches charging than promised -Broke our main water line into the house, when I explicitly told them they should not dig an excavator there because that's where the water line was. They said they would be careful. -Water pressure was down for a month to below 30 psi (we have a digital valve that measures everything). Couldn't figure out what was going on. They blamed it on a bad plumbing design, even though we had no issues before. Said it was an airlock. Turned out they didn't clear the lines before repairing. I took off the faucets and every single one had tons of dirt/rocks. I don't even want to know what my brand new hot water tank looks like. Bottom line, they cannot be trusted, lie about what they offer, and do not do a good job. I should have sued and made them replace the entire water line; this was a house that was a year old.
