Brett and Patty were fantastic. They stayed in constant contact about arrival time and promptly fixed my Brinkley’s water system in a short amount of time. They even went out of their way to make sure my sewer hoses were properly placed after the wind blow them over.

Called on a Sunday expecting no call back until business hours. I got a call back fast instead. He walked us through the issue step-by-step over the phone, had us send photos and videos, and diagnosed the problem right away. Clear instructions, zero confusion, and we fixed it without needing an in-person visit. Super knowledgeable, patient, and honest — didn’t try to upsell a service call we didn’t need. B&P Gillette are an awesome team! We had a cracked fitting on our expansion tank on the water heater as well as a clogged condensation line to our water heater and they were phenomenal on repairing these items.
