Travis came by and got my heater working after being told the coils were bad and that wasn’t the case definitely went above and beyond and got it running for me! Much appreciated for him and the company he works for!

I have contacted CSI 2x in the past 2 months. 1. To install a heating system in our shop and 2. To fix our furnace that quit working. The office picked up immediately and was professional and quickly responsive. I was immediately given information and connected to a technician, Travis. Travis was extremely professional and knowledgeable, scheduled with us and showed up (which did not happen with other contractors we have used). Our shop was completed same day and is awesome.
