Wyoming Water Solutions

We were so impressed by the professionalism and willingness to work on problem solving with us. We struggled with hard water and now are very happy with our Wyoming Water " solution". Great staff and great service!

Shady company. Installed a whole-home RO at my house and the motor/pump went out within one year of purchase. They charged me $20,000 for the system. New tech didn't know how to fix the unit then threatened to hurt my dog to my 13 year old son. On top of that, they charged me $600 for the visit. I ended up having to purchase new pump/motor and install myself. Company has new technicians that aren't knowledgeable about the systems they are installing then use unfair billing practices. They would not negotiate on bill then sent me to collections when I refused to pay. Do yourself a favor and find help with your water elsewhere.

We moved into a home and the previous owners were renting a unit from Wyoming Water Solutions (WWS). They easily have the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. First off, they would just drop by the house, unannounced, to put salt in the softener. We work 9-5 and they would always come by before 5. The lady that answers the phones is very rude. VERY. We requested a bid/estimate for installation and new water softeners. We were emailed a price of $3200ish. The final invoice came back at $4800. They had increased the amount we owed them by $1600 due to installation. I would have expected the original bid/estimate to include this. It was a 33% increase. I talked to the owner and he said this is a normal course of business. Be warned that your final invoice could be much higher than originally quoted.
