Shady company. Installed a whole-home RO at my house and the motor/pump went out within one year of purchase. They charged me $20,000 for the system. New tech didn't know how to fix the unit then threatened to hurt my dog to my 13 year old son. On top of that, they charged me $600 for the visit. I ended up having to purchase new pump/motor and install myself. Company has new technicians that aren't knowledgeable about the systems they are installing then use unfair billing practices. They would not negotiate on bill then sent me to collections when I refused to pay. Do yourself a favor and find help with your water elsewhere.
