Had them come out to fix the main drainage from the house, it was backing up badly. The fou d that it was the city side of things under the asphalt that was messed up and helped me get the city to cover it. Had to have them co e out for a similar issue months later. The snaked the drain and thought we had it fixed, but found out it wasn't, they came back out and did another sweep and got it done in less than an hour, and didn't charge for the that hour of the 2nd call out. Top notch customer service.

We bought our home in September and it has been nonstop trouble. We have needed a plumber quite a few times. We had leak somewhere in our house and Longs sent me Thomas. He was very friendly and kind which was very important at the time. He was very thorough and found and fixed the leak. And when I was very upset about my house being soggy because of the leak, he told me who to call to help get everything cleaned up. He is wonderful and I am not the least bit uncomfortable having him in my house with me or my daughter. If that is something you are apprehensive about, Thomas is the plumber for you. In addition to that experience, I had a little trouble with them at one point, minor really, but Tim called me personally to resolve it. He made everything right. They are so awesome in the conflict resolution department. I will probably only use them now simply because of how Tim resolved everything. People who stand behind their work and the work of their employees is hard to find anymore. Longs will do that. I know finding repair people is hard anymore, it's hard to know who you can trust. I trust Thomas implicitly and I trust Tim and the way he does business.
