Many who know me would agree that I’m not particularly tech-savvy. When my family faced issues with our Wi-Fi, TVs, and network providers, a coworker recommended AVTech Specialist, Inc. From our very first interaction, I knew I was in good hands. They simplified everything for us, and that was eight years ago—since then, we haven't encountered any problems. The best part is that they handle updates and maintenance on our Wi-Fi system, ensuring it’s always up to date. Now that we are building a new home, we’ve enlisted AVTech to set up everything in our new space. Additionally, I should mention that our daughter, who has spina bifida uses a power wheelchair, has her room and areas in both homes fully voice-activated. She can simply say, “Good Night, Alexa,” and the lights turn off, the shades lower, and the fan turns on ! AVTech truly makes life easier and more reliable. I can’t speak highly enough about AVTech’s specialists’ attention to detail and knowledge about the latest technology available. We’ve had simple solutions installed, like mounting our TV’s, installing a Ring security system, and configuration of our eero mesh network; to specifying and installing the highly capable outdoor Sonos sound system around our pool and pavilion! Wow! Does that sound system rock! AVTech’s associates are responsible and respectful of our privacy act professionally during the project. We are so happy with everything that they have done, and if we have any questions at all, Nate is very responsive and takes pride in knowing we’re 100% satisfied with the results!
