Needed a dying fridge looked at. Mia scheduled asap, Nathan came out, texted he’d be a few late and gave an honest assessment-that the fridge was not worth saving after we looked at all the possibilities and included the fact that athens appliance repair “does not replace Samsung condenser units…”(the only reason I’d give this a 4-star review) and that even if we replaced both computer boards the condenser could die and kill them with it, a potential waste of $500-900… so while I still have a dead fridge I could not have asked for better service. Good honest athens georgia people in my book. PS I happily paid the $92 service fee and at this age I look at these visits as an education for myself. Nathan just had to listen to my 21 questions. So cheers to him for that also.

This was the first time that we have ever used Athens Appliance Repair. Our service tech, Nathan, was truly exceptional. We could not have been more pleased. We strongly recommend this company for any of your appliance repair needs.

Nathan came midafternoon on Monday to look at my microwave. Had to order a part so he returned on Wednesday morning to finish the repair. He’s a really nice person, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He explained what was wrong with my microwave. I will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs!

Actually didn’t need repair. Turned it on. Worked fine. But Darren did a little troubleshooting and gave me some tips for using the machine. He was early! Very professional. Highly recommend. And the house call payment is good for 90 days.

My dryer started intermediate shutting off. Jay came and listened to me. There was a burned smell downstairs near the breaker panel. Jay came here on a dryer service call, but after listening to me, he went to check k the breaker. He pulled off the cover panel and the wire was loose and was burnt. He repaired it and checked all my other breakers. Others were loose and he tightened. Thanking God for Jay and Athens Appliance Repair. He saved my house from burning down. I cannot express my appreciation enough for this service call. I would recommend them for any appliance issue and I will be using them in any future issues.
