I had a problem I was totally unaware of and Ron came in, identified the problem and advised me how to get it fixed. I did exactly what he suggested and he came and did it quickly and didn’t leave a mess and cleaned up nicely. Lots of holes to drill but patched nicely and not noticeable at all. This is a good company with good people. They stand behind what they do. Mike

Jason did a thorough job and apologized for the possible miscommunication after I submitted annual payment and requested service appointment. I was pleased to learn that due to that my annual inspection service fee for 2027 would be waived. Thanks for the kind consideration.
Lawrence was our technician. He was kind, and he listened to and answered our questions. My wife and I are older, so he was sweet and very understanding of the situation. We will definitely be using Lavender again.
