They were easy to get out and came right out but then they kept finding more and more things and everything was another bill, another service. I had them getting rid of squirrels in the attic then they said they needed to do an exclusion then they said i needed new rain gutters which are worse than the ones we had and new insulation and then i needed mosquito abatement and the bills just kept coming. Eventually I had to have termite remediation (which i supposedly had a warranty for) but they were nearly impossible to get ahold of to get help with that. Bottom line, we still had mosquitos, we still had ants, we still had spiders, and we had termite damage. Oh yeah, the squirrels came back into the attic again too. Know what else we had, over $15,000 in payments to Arrow and nothing improved. Tried canceling half a dozen times and they would insist i had to speak with someone else. I felt like I joined the church of scientology of pest control, there was no escape.
