I was advised to have my heating system checked after my carbon monoxide alarm alerted me early one morning. My home warranty was going to send a company with horrible reviews. I declined and went with Art Newsome based on their reviews. They were also able to get someone out sooner. The technician was great, he was patience as I had a delay leaving work. He did a thorough job to check my system and make sure that my HVAC was not the source of the problem. Turns out it was an issue with fireplace. However, I'm so thankful that I went with this company. The technician was also able to alert me to some items of concerns with my vents, roof and wiring. He even included pictures with my invoice. I was happy with the service and price. I will definitely call them again if I have any HVAC issues.

Mike from Art Newsome, Inc. actually came earlier than expected since he had a cancelation. That was a good start. We had been without heat a few times this season. Our regular provider, after 3 service visits within 6 months, never solved our problem. Mike came in when the temperature was below freezing..not only fixed our heat, (it started working immediately)...he offered a plan to keep a maintenance schedule in place. I love that idea. I also loved that he took the time to talk to both my husband and me, ( not just my husband). He explained everything about what was wrong & what he did to fix it. He didn't make us buy any parts we didn't need. Surprise! I feel so much more confident about our heating & air now. I'm grateful to my friend for recommending Newsome Inc.

Tim Hoose was incredible and excellent in all aspects! We identified the Gas Regulator was frozen. Called ANI that night front office coordinated with Tim, reached out and called back until they got me.Tim was available first thing that morning and made sure to fit me in at the end of schedule. Tim talked to me about the details and what he was doing. Taught me about all my appliances and what was happening. It was a bad experience losing gas but Tim was the light at the tunnel.Thanks Tim appreciate you!!
