Melone Electric

I had a great experience with Tom at Melone Electric. I called him in the morning because I was having an issue with my electrical panel that was affecting both my hot water heater and the blower fan on my fireplace. Tom was incredibly responsive and flexible with his schedule, and he was able to come out that same evening to take a look. The issue was not easily identifiable, but Tom was patient, thorough, and diligent in troubleshooting the problem. Even as it was getting late, he stayed committed to figuring out what was going on. He was also very neat while working and communicated clearly throughout the process, which I really appreciated. His pricing was fair, and the entire experience was professional and stress-free. I would absolutely call Tom again and highly recommend Melone Electric to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable electrician.

Tom was great! He came exactly when he said he would which was crucial as i had meetings before and after this appointment. He quickly diagnosed what was happening with some odd wiring in places around my kitchen. He also taught me some tips and tricks as I was super interested in the how-to's and he was very kind and knowledgeable when I asked questions. 100% worth the money and now my lights and dishwasher work again! 10/10 Would give him a call again without hesitation if/when I run into other electrical problems.
