I called Tom at about 4:30 PM and he showed up at my place in a timely and efficient manner. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to rectify the issue I would give Tom a 10 star rating but the rating only shows 5 stars. I also want to compliment Tom on his professionalism and personality. I will definitely use Tom in the future on all of my electrical needs. Thanks Tom.

I had a great experience working with Melone Electric! We recently purchased an old home, and Tom and his assistant helped add GFCI protection to the many ungrounded outlets scattered throughout, address some rust/corrosion in the electrical panel, along with a couple other odd fixes around the house. Tom was very friendly, communicative, and diligent about completing the work. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Tom!

Melone was great all around. He responded quickly and was professional and fair. We got an outlet installed to move a wire, and the job ended up being trickier than he initially thought. But he stuck with his original quote and did a fantastic job. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an electrician in the east bay.

Tom was great! He came exactly when he said he would which was crucial as i had meetings before and after this appointment. He quickly diagnosed what was happening with some odd wiring in places around my kitchen. He also taught me some tips and tricks as I was super interested in the how-to's and he was very kind and knowledgeable when I asked questions. 100% worth the money and now my lights and dishwasher work again! 10/10 Would give him a call again without hesitation if/when I run into other electrical problems.

I called him in the morning because I was having an issue with my electrical panel that was affecting both my hot water heater and the blower fan on my fireplace. Tom was incredibly responsive and flexible with his schedule, and he was able to come out that same evening to take a look.
