My family has been taking shoes and a variety of other leather goods (purses, wallets, horseback riding gear— you name it!) to Carbonneau repair for years. Whether it’s re-stitching, re-soling, heel repair, a new zipper, leather refurbishing, or pretty much any other repair, they’ve always been reliable, kind, quick, and very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I've needed lifts on my shoes all my life. I was worried about finding a place when I moved to Worcester. They asked questions to make sure I got the lift the way I wanted it. The work was the cleanest I've seen and they are cheaper than anyplace I've tried to get lifts before. They were even able to keep the front lip in one piece (see photos). They do great work, would definitely recommend.

Awesome place! Took a cushion zipper to get fixed, he fixed it and sewn the hole for me in less then 5 minutes! It was only $10! Will definitely bring more items here!
