Professional, fair, and respectful in person—communication was the issue. The woman on the phone and the tech who diagnosed the problem were courteous, and the price was fair. Their many positive reviews gave me confidence. Where it fell apart was scheduling the return visit to install the part. I called seven times during their publicly posted business hours and did not get an answer or a call back until mid-day Monday. I also emailed and commented on their Facebook page. They replied on Facebook that they’re open only Monday–Friday and return all calls; that conflicts with their publicly posted Google hours, which show Saturday hours. Accurate, consistent hours matter. My call log after receiving the replacement part: Friday: 10:59 AM (twice), 11:16 AM, 2:07 PM Saturday (per Google-posted hours): 11:17 AM, 4:37 PM Monday: 9:01 AM Callback received: Monday, 11:50 AM (mid-day) Because the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and fairly priced, this isn’t a 1-star review. However, timely call backs did not happen for me. An earlier call back and an apology would have gone a long way. Expect solid on-site service and fair pricing; do not expect reliable phone responsiveness.
