Marco TV was assigned to do my LG repair work as my TV kept shutting off. I read the prior reviews and was worried that this repair would be a nightmare. I had zero issues with them from start to finish. They were polite on the phone, ordered my parts, and showed up on time, and did the repair job. I would recommend them as my experience with Marco was great.

We were trying to get our LG TV repaired under warranty for a burning smell coming out of the TV. LG matched us with Marco TV service for the repair. From the first call, I had concerns on the professionalism of Marco consistent with the other google reviews. Marco frequently talked over me and talked down to me over each phone call. Nevertheless, we went forward with scheduling to make sure the visit would be covered by warranty. Great guys. Came and replaced my screen on my tv in 15 mins. Frank was outstanding with keeping in contact and being very prompt in his diagnosis of the issue and getting resolved very quickly. Definitely refer these guys to anyone. Five stars hands down!!!

Bad attitude. Very rude on phone. Didn’t even deserve one star. No way to talk to people on phone. Surprised he is in business. A real jerk. Same thing would not listen to me. Told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me. Kept yelling it is $ 50 to bring it in. Said if I wanted to waste my money to bring in my small TV. That I was wasting his time trying to tell him what is wrong with it.
