I can’t begin to thank ARS for their amazing work. I am so thankful for this business and will continue to only call them when I need repairs. From the dispatch to the technician and everything in between are solid folk who truly care. My freezer was not closing well, you can see we had to put a towel in the gap until our appointment. My freezer now shuts perfectly and my bill was well below what was quoted. ( thank you for all the other details that came with this call) I didn’t loose any freezer items either. Stellar Service Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are the best!! I highly and only recommend this company. Sincerely, JB

Gregg came out to fix our dryer last week - we’ve had issues for a long time with it. Gregg was super thorough and knowledgeable. I was blown away with how he took the time to explain everything. We’ve had repair companies come out before but never like this. I was very impressed and will be using this company from now on and will definitely spread the word.

Fantastic experience all around. Got an appointment within 24 hours and the repairman was ultra-friendly and helpful. He came to finish our oven repair on a Saturday and also fixed a minor issue with our dish washer on his way out for no cost!! Also, their price was better than all the others I checked in the area. Thank you Gregg!

We had an issue with the cooling in our refrigerator. Gregg was able to do a same day service. He was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He is very friendly and trustworthy, and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Gregg and Appliance Rescue Service!
