I can’t say enough good things about this shop. When I first brought my car in, it was in rough shape not just mechanically, but emotionally, too. It’s my late mom’s 2015 Toyota RAV4, and after months of getting the runaround from other places, I was scared I’d never get it running right again. From the moment I met the team here, I could tell they were different. They listened, took their time, and actually found the real problem, an issue with the wiring that other shops completely missed. They didn’t try to upsell me or feed me excuses(like automotive unlimited did) they just wanted to help. Even with the language barrier, their honesty, kindness, and professionalism came through 100%. They kept me informed, treated me with respect, and fixed everything beautifully. My car runs perfectly now no warning lights, no noise, just smooth and strong. It means the world to me that my mom’s car is back to life, and I owe that entirely to this shop. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows every single review they have is five stars for a reason. If you want your car treated like family, this is the right place. They were even kind enough to call me and make sure the car was running great and that I wasn't having any issues and they reassured me that if i had ANY problems to come back asap. They diagnosed the problem quickly and easily. I would have saved $500 if i went to them first since the first place i went to misdiagnosed the problem and did unnecessary repairs that did not fix the issue. This shop guarenteed their repair would fix the issue. They replaced my cars heater core and did an amazing job. They worked with me on price to get it to a number were I did not have to think about scrapping the car and buying a new one. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future.
