Erin and his team were terrific to work with. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The installation went as planned. Although we had a few hic-ups with the gas company's meter, Erin and team worked with the gas company to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Smart Electric to anyone looking to install a generator.
From quote to installation, very professional company. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them. Gave me good advice, didn’t try to upsell, and got what I needed. Devin (who led the work) was great and even took the time to fix something from another contractor. Would go back to them for future work.
Smart Electric did a total rewire on my old house that had knob/tube. I was never without heat, refrigeration, hot water. Took only 3 days and very minimal repair needed. The entire experience from beginning to end was outstanding. Great team!! Thanks!
Super smooth experience from start to finish. The Generac installation team was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made sure everything was up and running perfectly before they left. They walked me through how it works and answered all my questions. Really impressed with how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend!
