Appliance Repair Quality

I have worked with Appliance Quality Repair over the last 5 years on various appliance repair projects, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwasher, electric range, and washing machine. Their service has been very responsive and reliable with reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Appliance Quality Repair for diagnosis and troubleshooting of any appliance issues. The repair has extended the life of several appliances for many years. The technicians are very experienced and they would quickly find out what was wrong and come up with reasonable solutions.

​I’m giving 3 stars because their 4.8-star reputation suggests they do good work, but my initial phone experience was poor. I reached out regarding a CCU(the brain board) repair and was met with very short, dismissive answers. There was no attempt to understand the issue or offer an alternative solution. I hate to be an inconvenience, but a little more professionalism and guidance for potential customers would go a long way. I am consumer looking for advice and or direction. Willing to pay for that knowledge and execution. I felt like I was more of an inconvenience interestingly enough. Might have been my "dialed in" specific question however as professionals it your job to redirect and ask proper discovery questions if you feel a consumer may be mis informed. None the less I'm just gonna chill and leave a review. 🙏
