Fantastic job! The entire process was smooth as can be. From calling and booking to the notifications that our tech was on his way was great. Andrew arrived and was very knowledgeable and passionate about fireplaces. He did a great job explaining the inspection process and setting expectations. Andrew was thorough and let us know our fireplace was in great shape. Overall fast efficient and great to work with!
Tyler Yelvington it was a very professional kind and friendly. Extremely clean, neat and professional while doing his work did not leave any mess. Was patience making sure we understood how to work the unit properly. He was from the fayetteville office and I would recommend this company to any and everyone!!!
This is the third time we have used Chimney Solutions. 2 cleanings at different houses and this time to install new gas logs. Chip Carruth has been our Specialist all three times and has been great every time. Very professional and clean during the messy process! I attached a before and after and we couldn’t be happier!
