I highly recommend engaging Eric through Nesbitt Landscaping! He has been one of the top contractors we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Eric completely transformed both our front and backyard. He first presented us with a full blueprint and design for the project providing his expert opinion on best products to use and best ways to design things. I really appreciated how he listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to execute it. First they removed 99% of our existing plants (it was old, overgrown and dying landscaping not touched since the house was built) and removed the cracked concrete around the pool. They replaced the concrete deck with large pavers, leveled the yard, built two new retaining walls, built a fire pit area, built out a play area, and added all new landscaping with lighting. Our backyard had terrible irrigation issues and Eric’s team corrected those issues. Beyond the great work that they completed, Eric’s professional is what sets him apart. He is very responsive and reliable. It was extremely easy to communicate with him throughout the project to receive updates and change direction on different things if we wanted. This was a near 2 month project and Nesbitt Landscaping’s same crew members were extremely reliable showing up every morning without fail. Nesbitt Landscaping is absolutely the best call to make for your outdoor projects!

I contacted Nesbit Landscape after seeing positive reviews and recommendations on the nextdoor app. After very expensive, disappointing, and unsuccessful experiences with 2 previous contractors, I was apprehensive but needed a lot done. Eric and his team were a breath of fresh air. I contacted him via his website and he responded within 2 days. I let him know of our needs and he was very transparent in setting expectations of a delayed start date due to other projects. At that point I was not in a rush because I had wasted so much time with horrible contractors before, so I agreed. Even still, he came out a few days later to see the yard and provided us a fair, detailed quote shortly after. He actually reached out a few weeks before the stated start date to begin early. I had to learn the hard way from previous experiences that demanded a high percentage of the quote for 'materials' before starting and then ultimately disappeared. Eric's payment plan was fair and transparent. More importantly, where he really stood out is his management of the the project. When the team started, he was there. I've decided I don't ever want contractors that manage from the periphery and don't get their hands dirty again. He directed his crew and communicated with us the whole time. Within a few weeks, they completed sod installation, yard drainage, sprinkler system install, yard lighting, front and backyard landscaping, and improvements to a previous hardscape project. At his suggestion, or as we thought up new concerns, he responded to changes and extensions of our initial plan and still remained in line with the proposed schedule and quote. I would highly recommend Nesbit Landscape and only wish we used them sooner. We definitely plan to use them for future needs.

Eric Brummond listened to our concerns about our lack of privacy and a drainage issue we were having in our back yard.  He developed a plan to install a dry creek bed to divert excess water; he also recommended planting fast-growing trees to provide more privacy. The Nesbit crew came in and took care of everything!   They were professional, hard-working, and tidy.  We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them!
