I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the desk was welcoming and professional. My phone screen was cracked it was extremely bad. The screen was green and black. My phones screen didn't work at all. He diagnosed my phone quickly and provided a clear explanation of the cost before starting the repair. He also fixed it the same day. The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. My device looks and functions like new. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that values honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. I will definitely return for future repairs and recommend them to friends and family.

All the good reviews you see, he makes you do that after he hands you the phone. Tells you if you can give him a 5 star review. Don’t go to this place, I’ve spent over 300 dollars here and my phone has the same issue every time. The screen turns black. He’s saying I dropped my phone and that’s what made my screen turn black. But when you see my phone, it has no scratches or anything in it. I confronted him about it and he called me a liar and that no one would believe what I said, I should’ve recorded for proof. I told him that I was going to Idrop instead and he said that it was 30 minutes away to prevent me from going there when it’s only 7 minutes away, the one in Kingston. When I arrived there I told them what happened with this person and they believed me. They even told me that the phone had no cracks in it and that HE was using a cheap screen. They alerted me to avoid the Walmart I fix and repair and to go to at least other ones. But the price for Idropped was the same as the Ifixandrepair but with better quality, they actually use a original iPhone screen and not the cheap ones that ifixandrepair sells. Please go to Idrop, save your money, don’t be like me who spend over 300 dollars when you can literally go to Idrop, pay the same price, only five bucks more, and get a better quality screen. Mind you the screen that this guy used, the fix and repair guys, it was even the right screen, it didn’t even fit my phone Idroped stated.
