I brought in a PC I had purchased off someone. It did not work and I thought I was stuck with a bad purchase. I brought my PC here in hopes to get it fixed and was not only happy with how the PC works now not but how I was treated. As someone who doesn’t know much about PCs I was given updates and explanations every step of the way. If you need help with your computer I would highly recommend bringing it here.
Fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable owner. Realistic expectations set would highly recommend for anyone who needs computer parts to either have him build a computer repair, a computer, etc. Sad I didn’t know about this store sooner, but will surely use it in the future. At the end of the day, very honest and trustworthy.
A+ service at reasonable price. I’m above an age user but this guy is truly SME. Arlington is very competent at troubleshooting, has many components necessary to perform troubleshooting. Has parts to buy, at great price. I bought some RGB fans from him. Highly recommend for any type of PC or Laptop troubleshooting or repairs
