I wanted a quiet place to think about my major purchases of a washer/dryer set and a double oven. I knew a noisy crowded big box store was not for me. I wanted the answers to my questions to be thoughtful and relatable so I could understand this purchase to be exactly what I wanted. Lexie was the salesperson I was hoping to find! She was so pleasant and so knowledgable. Also supportive and attentive. We loved working with her! Also, the installers for the W/D were wonderful too. They worked diligently answering questions as they went. We’re still waiting for the oven installation. Please go and look at their beautiful showroom!

Appliance Gallery has been fantastic to work with from the moment I first walked into their beautiful showroom. Steven was so helpful in explaining the different appliances and how they worked. He took his time with me and answered all my questions, which meant a lot. We ran into a glitch when one of the appliances arrived damaged, but was quickly handled by guys driving a new appliance up from their warehouse. Thank heavens they had an extra. We had another issue with our hood vent not fitting, which was not Appliance Gallery’s fault, but Steven helped us even though the problem wasn’t theirs. Go see Steven if you are looking for new appliances! The installation of our appliances was done by Sammy Randall and he did a phenomenal job. He is a perfectionist and made sure everything was perfect before he left. He even made an extra trip back the day before Christmas (today) to install our fridge panels because the cabinet company didn’t quite cut the backing pieces to size. He not only did a great job but was fun to talk to and very likable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to educate themselves on new appliances. They deserve 10 stars.

From start to finish this is the place to buy appliances!! We have shopped here before and the 2nd time did not disappoint. We were impressed with the variety of options that Andrew showed us and how he talked about quality and maintenance and found us extremely good prices!! Make sure to visit their updated showroom. Our installation crew of Bryson, Alex and Greg showed up on time and we were very impressed how they took care to protect our kitchen when moving out the old appliances and installing the new ones. They repeatedly told us that if there were any problems with the appliances or the installation to let them know and they would return no problem. They were just a good crew who really had pride in their work. Highly recommend.
