A-2-Z Vacuum

Brad was AMAZING!! He was extremely knowledgeable and fairly priced! I had called Swiss Boy Vacuum and after I explained my situation he basically said I was better off just going to Home Depot and getting a new machine because it will cost $150-$180 to fix. The shop in Layton said $150+ to fix. Brad not only fixed my vacuum for me by the next day, he also was the best priced!! I 💯 recommend him to anyone who needs help with their vacuums. I had my Kirby G-6 taken in for over all service and repair. There was a noise in the power drive system and needing new parts. I waited for a phone call on estimates. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I called to inquire. The owner told me he had been very busy and would get back in touch. 1 week later the owner called to inform me of the work to be done. I agreed to proceed forward. Approximately 3 months after taking the vacuum in, the owner called that it was finished. I picked it up a few days later. The repair bill was over $300.00. When we got the Kirby home, the noise was still very apparent in the power drive. I called to complain and was told that this was normal and they all make that noise. What a crock! I have spoken to 3 other vacuum shops and they tell me that the noise is not normal and that I really got ripped off. Since repairs, the vacuum has been used maybe 4 times in past months. It still does not work right after supposedly a major overhaul and over $300.00 out of my pocket. I would not recommend this vacuum shop at all. Poor service, high prices, and excuses galore. BEWARE!
