One star because there’s not an option for 0 stars. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my leather work boots to get the tongue part fixed/replaced, one of my dogs chewed it. I left the boots at the shop in November of 2022 and was told it would be fixed. The woman at the front desk who was helping me said it would be fixed, that the person who did that job is the best and that she personally had seen his work. The woman was super nice and made sure to re-enforce me that the shoes would get fixed. The store has been backed up and there’s a 4-6 week period to get the shoes done. I called every 4 weeks to check up on the boots. It’s is now March 2023, I left the boots with them for 17 weeks and nothing. Every time I called, the same woman who was wonderful when I first went in was rude, would cut me off when I tried to speak and always rushed to hang up. Sadly the person who did the leather work passed away in December. Although is a sad situation and I can tell the store has regulars, for 3 months my boots were stashed away and I was never contacted to be let know of what happened and that they weren’t doing the type of repair I needed anymore. Not only that, my boots are now in a worst state as they started by cutting away the tongue and left it as is. First two pictures of how I brought my boots and last two what I was returned. Also, wasn’t even returned the piece that was cut of. Sad I got the short stick out of all the people that come here.
