Northside Boot & Shoe Repair by far exceeded my expectations! I have never taken a pair of shoes to be repaired, but after buying a pair of second-hand cowboy boots off of Ebay and realizing I was not at all qualified to do the repairs they would need I brought them to Northside. The cashier took a look at them and told me what he thought would be best to make them look great, and told me they would be ready the following Friday. I'm not sure what kind of magic the shoe repairman does, but color me impressed! The boots look better than I could have ever imagined them turning out, and my boyfriend will be very happy with his Christmas present this year. I'm grateful for their hard work, and look forward to doing buisness with them again!

Northside Shoe and Boot Repair provided absolutely amazing service and quality of work that exceeded all of my expectations. I dropped off a pair of Johnston and Murphy boots to be cleaned and conditioned at Northside. They were done within the week and look absolutely fantastic. Moreover, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal as I received recommendations on what I needed and what I didn't and updates throughout the process. I cannot recommend Northside Shoe and Boot Repair enough. If I ever need a pair of shoes serviced again, I won't hesitate to call Northside.
