Alberto should be on a commercial for this company. I have never met a young man so knowledgeable about the product. His confidence made me feel super comfortable with having him in my home. His customer service skills are superior. He deserves a raise and he didn’t pay me to say that 😂
Alex came out for HVAC maintenance from Andy Lewis Heating & Air and the experience was excellent. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain the current condition of the system. He also identified an issue that needed attention and walked me through it in a very transparent way. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer all my questions. Our technician, DJ, from Andy Lewis came by for our system annual service today. What a great representative for the company. He was very thorough and gave me great explanations of what he was going to do and updated me after he was done. I was very pleased. He identified one part that needed replaced and he did that under warranty. I was very happy with the technician, DJ, and Andy Lewis. It was a very positive experience!
