Anderson's Masonry Hearth and Home

I recently visited the Anderson Masonry store in Kalispell to look into a replacement log set for our natural gas fireplace installed by the contractor approximately 18 years ago. The young lady that helped me asked what was wrong and I explained that I had seen fireplaces that looked much better than mine. She suggested that I have their service tech look at it and after an hour of cleaning and log replacement over the proper glass wool and pebbles and a cost of $169.00 we have a beautiful fireplace that we love. They saved us almost $2,000. That is why I will ALWAYS reccommend Anderson's Masonry.

Great people, great products, great service. I would use this company again for similar stone projects. One minor hiccup was having to pay an unexpected $421 charge for the LTL (too little to load) delivery of my individual stone order. Apparently there were not enough similar pending orders of stone by Anderson’s to the same out of state supplier in the month of August to justify the standard shipment of an entire semi -truckload of stone, as would usually be the case. I was notified of this situation three weeks after placing my original order. When routinely shipped by the truckload there is a minimal or no additional markup cost for the order placed. Instead, my single shipping order had to be delivered through a separate, independent freight service, thus resulting in a significant additional expense. No hard feelings, just my luck. Nonetheless a surprising surcharge when all was said and done as my original order had been placed seven weeks in advance of my intended pickup and installation date.
