I'm a new quilter, so I ran in the store to grab some extra bobbins. Talked to the owner, Mike and got great customer service. Super helpful and it's very convenient to where I live.

So happy to finally have "A Guy" that can repair my vintage sewing machines. First place i contacted had me fill out a form electronically then wait for them to get to me. That was 6 months ago. I have now dropped off my second vintage Singer direct drive machine for a going through. I had NO problem with communication or shop being open when I went by. Very easy to locate and parking lot was roomy. Not like walking across a giant strip mall with the heavy machine.

The owner was super helpful on our Janome repair. He contacted suppliers for our replacement part, but, since the part was on back order, he worked on the damaged part so we could use the machine until the part arrives. Very friendly and professional.

Very highly recommend this shop. Mike was most helpful, taking so much of his time, , going above and beyond to help me, a complete beginner.to find the perfect machine, thread and fabric for my first sewing project. He treated me like family and I will definitely return in the future for all my sewing needs.
