I had a bear of a time finding a "near me" vacuum repair shop, which is ironic because OK Vacuum is just down the street from my old office on Manchester and they do exactly that - they FIX and REPAIR vacuums =). It's crazy, because he doesn't need another 5-star review from me to help people find him - he already has a TON. It's GOOGLE that needs to work on their algorithm to give him credit where credit is due (it's that or that TJ needs big vacuum decal on his front window!) I brought my Eureka stand-up vac to TJ. I shared that I'd found the replacement piece on wanted online but (1) would like to give a local place my business and (2) wasn't sure it would work if I did order it anyway. To his credit, TJ suggested I buy the piece since it was much cheaper than he could get one for me, and that he'd check it out and even install it when it came in. To his credit, when the piece came in - he checked it out, and since it literally just clicked in, I popped it on and went on my merry way. Honesty pays. Happy to make this review for them and to refer him more business!
