Went in to buy some screws for a connection box for my central vacuum. They had some spares and provided them at no cost. I have purchased central vacuum pipes there in the past as well. Class operation and great people!

I recently visited this store again and as always was blown away by the staff and exceptional service from the manager/owner. I’ve been coming here for years and they always go over and beyond to make sure I have everything I needed and even carrying my vacuum to the car. The stores honest and reasonable approach, along with 30 years in business truly speaks for itself. I highly recommend them!

People here know their stuff.Very professional very reasonable repair prices and turnaround time. They fixed my old Kirby,evaluated it,said still in great shape. Got rid of the old cat smell it used to emit when vacuuming too. Highly recommend them. Bern customers of theirs off&on for over 10 years
