Do not use this company. They act like they want to help but will not be on time for appointments, charge a service fee that they say will go towards the replacing the bad part on the appliance and do not replace the part. After this, they did not reach back out until I called to tell me they can't help me. This was different from what I asked before initial appointment and during the appointment. Update: Pace' response to my review is incorrect. The tech never called me about being late. I had to call them, then he called me. After calling me saying he was 15 minutes out, it was still over an hour. The tech stated in my home that he's seen this before and had a solution. The tone seemed to change when I reached out to the company after not hearing anything for nearly two weeks. Everyone can make excuses for poor service.
