Both Frank and JJ were great. They got my fireplace working again, cleaned it inside and out and I could tell they new what they were doing. They were fast and efficient and I am very satisfied. I will definitely be using Altitude fireplace in the future for service and or repair.

Frank was informative and helpful. He was able to get me in his schedule in a timely manner and answered all my questions and concerns. He provided an excellent service. My fireplace never looked so beautiful and worked so well. I definitely will be using them again.
Frank is awesome he came and did a service on our fireplace for us he is efficient and quick. He had let me know when I had first contacted him that he was extremely busy and I had let him know my situation he fit me into his schedule which I was was extremely grateful for being that I was on a time frame. I will continue to use his services and recommend him thank you Frank!!
