The Advantage team are true professionals and they respond quickly. We had rodent issues and they came out to check out the issue and did what they had to do. I have a membership and we saw recent activity so I emailed them and they came out within two days. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pest management.
Shannon was super friendly and listened to the specifics of my request with patience. He worked around our junk in the basement easily and was quick and efficient. I’ve had good experiences all around with Advantage so far. Much better than others.
A mouse had a feast this Christmas while I was away. I called several companies and decided to use Advantage. They're local, privately owned and had great pricing. I'm even more impressed with the service - on time, thorough inspection, took time to explain things, addressed the problem and will do follow up until there's no evidence of mice in my home. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company from the first phone call to the first house call. Highly recommend them!
We've been using Advantage for about a year now and they've been so responsive and wonderful. Always super fast to follow up when we want to schedule something and proactive about when we're due for a service. We worked with Abel most recently and he was super friendly, professional, and responsive - helped answer all my questions about random webs and nests. Highly recommend!
Advantage Pest Control is awesome. They always get the job done and take care of my home well. I’ve been working with them since 2018 (8 years - wow!) at two houses and have never had a single thought about going with someone else. They’ve helped us with black widows, ants, wasps, other random insects, and mice. I’ve appreciated that they are honest and have told us if a service would be overkill and we could just take care of something on our own or if it’s worth having them really dig in. It’s clear they care about their customers and doing business with integrity. Abel just came by and is so friendly and explains everything. I’ve also had Johnnathan, David, and of course, Jim, service our home. They are all excellent.
